As EVP of Technology, Jason leads the engineering and information technology teams at Clear Capital. He oversees the development and deployment of Clear Capital’s valuation products, data and analytics products, and collateral and appraisal review products. Jason joined the Clear Capital team in 2011 as a Team Lead, Applications Developer.
Since the start of his tenure, Jason has proven his natural leadership skills — he’s a technical leader, people leader, interdepartmental-collaboration leader, and visionary leader. As our technology suite grew coupled with a deep understanding of the real estate and finance sectors, Jason continued to solve and evolve. He has been promoted four times during his tenure at Clear Capital, taking on more responsibility and enhanced leadership at each step. His level-headed smarts and calm solution-oriented demeanor have added much value to Clear Capital over the years. He became Clear Capital’s EVP of Technology in 2024.
Jason enjoys engineering solutions to improve the lives of those around him — embodying Clear Capital’s core values. When he’s not in the office, you can find him wakesurfing and soaking in the beauty of the Sierra with his two children and friends.
