Clear Capital Promotes Jason Legare to
Executive Vice President of Technology
Legare now oversees Clear Capital’s technology division, with a focus on integrating data into product lines
Reno, NV – May 22, 2024 – Clear Capital, the national real estate valuation technology company, today announced the promotion of Jason Legare to Executive Vice President of Technology. Legare has spent nearly 13 years with Clear Capital, beginning as Team Lead, Applications Developer, and will now spearhead the technology division of the company with a focus on integrating data into new product initiatives and providing insights on how users are leveraging Clear Capital’s data.
In this new role, Legare will work closely with the data team at Clear Capital to develop additional products to further support industry players through the company’s goal to make accurate property data more available. Legare will also be responsible for building out and managing the technology team and will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop strategies that will support the future of the company.

In 2011, Legare began working in the software engineering division at Clear Capital with a focus on the company’s appraisal products line, including Traditional Appraisals, Hybrid Appraisals and Collateral Desktop Analysis (CDA®). Legare went on to assist in the development of additional Clear Capital products, including Broker Price Opinion (BPO), ClearProp®, ClearAVM™, Home Data Index (HDI®) and other data-driven products.
During his tenure, Legare also helped to bridge gaps between Clear Capital’s SaaS platform and valuations platform by identifying and leveraging shared services between the two. This led him to a Solutions Architect position in 2015, where he designed services capable of supporting the wide array of Clear Capital product lines available today. As Legare rose to the rank of VP of Engineering in 2023, data became an integral part of his work.
