1. Types of Personal Information Collected

- Within Clear Capital – We may share your Personal Information within our family of companies.

The Platform is meant for adults and we will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person under the age of 13 without permission from a parent or guardian. The Platform are not designed to attract the attention of persons under the age of 13.
